WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical procurement analyst to join our team. The primary responsibilities include:

Leading the workstream delivering comprehensive market research.Supporting buyers in strategy development.Providing data to improve forecasting and savings projectsDelivering actionable market insights.

The ideal candidate will combine analytical rigor with industry knowledge to drive procurement excellence.

Experiences & Qualifications

Minimum requirements:

5 years experience in procurement or supply chain roles in FMCG or other large complex organization or related consulting experience.Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, supply chain, or Engineering.Experience of working in cross-functional teams – both F2F and virtually.Track record of driving work independently and leading workstreams.

Preferred:

Change management experience.Understanding of Agile principles, values, methodologies and practices that enable agility.Project management experience.SharePoint site development experience.Proficiency in data analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau) and market research software.Knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and negotiation techniques.

Skills

Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities.Ability to influence senior stakeholders and peers effectively (virtually and face-to-face).Strong business and commercial acumen.Excellent communication skills to present data and insights effectively.Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.Excellent critical thinking, analytical and story-telling skills.Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and MS Word user.
