Our Procurement Team provides support for regional and corporate project. We are in contact with local, regional and global finance and procurement teams. Our services include collecting and analyze company spent data and commercial sourcing management in order to achieve the best contractual conditions.

Partner with the best

You will lead the supplier strategy for the assigned commodity, in collaboration with all the internal stakeholders and you will be responsible for the related execution. Elaboration of process improvement are expected taking into consideration broader functional context. Achieve the best contractual conditions while also ensuring internal customer satisfaction.

As Procurement Specialist , you will be responsible for:

Developing and executing long term strategies for the assigned commodity, ensuring best performance for Procurement KPIsIntegrating commodity strategies into product leadership, engineering and manufacturing objectives.For New Product Development, driving supplier selection, development, and overall supplier management with support of engineering, product leadership or other sourcing team in accordance with the business strategyPartnering and being a point of reference for Product Leadership, Sales and Engineering for product strategy of the assigned commodityDeveloping negotiation strategies and leading negotiations to achieve stated goals and objectives of supply chain for Single PO as well as Strategic PartnershipNegotiating and issuing purchase orders with suppliers achieving lowest possible cost for material, balanced against optimum quality and schedule needsDeveloping Sourcing initiatives for cost out program, deflation, cycle reduction, BCC Sourcing and cash flow improvement (e.g. rebate, payment terms)Leveraging S&OP data to match and optimize supplier capacity with business goals

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering or Economic with experience in procurement or commodity managementShow a good experience in ProcurementBe English fluent, both in writing and speakingHave excellent all-round communication and influencing skillsHave analytical mindset with a proven ability to resolve problems and identify solutionsHave good oral and written communication skillsHave positive attitude to embrace change and see challenge as opportunity
