Minimum requirements:
Technical Environment - Ideally from Solar / Electrical type of environment
Responsibilities:
- The main purpose of position is to support in South African site related sourcing activities, drive efforts in exploring, initiating, developing, and validating suppliers and opportunities in quality, supply and cost savings.
- Responsible for sourcing process delivery for African based sub supply chain objectives and South African based operations
- Develop and maintain a supply base that provides competitive advantage in quality, value/cost, delivery performance and technology
- Act as link between Global Sourcing and site operations in regard to sourcing activities and suppliers’ management
- Act as the commercial interface between suppliers, manufacturing, and engineers
- Ensure adherence to group policies and procedures in sourcing services and supplier management

Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering/Supply Chain/Business Admin or other relevant area
- 5+ years of experience in Sourcing, Commercial and Procurement services area, preferably within tech industry
- Comprehensive knowledge of sourcing and commercial management procedures
- Previous experience from similar operations and international companies is preferred
