Our client, _a global manufacturing leader_ , is seeking a **Procurement Sourcing Associate - Molding & Metals** to join their team, working **Hybrid** in **Maplewood, MN** . This is a **12-Month Contract** with potential to extend and/or hire on. . The ideal candidate will have strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and proven leadership abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

**Pay Range:** $32-34/HR + Benefits
**Contract Duration:** 12-Months
**Job Function:**
+ Drive Strategic Procurement Initiatives: Develop and implement procurement strategies that optimize costs and improve supplier performance.
+ Lead High-Value Projects: Manage complex, cross-functional initiatives that deliver significant value to the organization.
+ Enhance Supplier Relationships: Build and maintain strong supplier partnerships to ensure consistent delivery of quality and innovation.
+ Provide Expert Guidance: Serve as the go-to subject matter expert for the Metals and Molding categories.
+ Optimize Supply Chain Performance: Analyze market trends and implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiencies.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
+ 5+ years of experience in strategic procurement or category management, with expertise in Metals and Molding.
+ Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop cost-efficient strategies.
+ Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
+ Advanced negotiation skills with experience in high-value contracts.
