**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
• High school diploma or equivalent; Welding certification/schooling
• Proven experience as a welder (header/tig), with at least (5) years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Certification in welding processes and safety standards (e.g., AWS, ASME) is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of welding techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using welding and measurement tools and instruments.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $45.00/hr.
