The Procurement Manager will play a critical role in optimizing our procurement processes, building supplier relationships, and driving cost-saving initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic sourcing, negotiation, and supply chain management, coupled with excellent analytical and leadership skills. **The position reports to the Director of Procurement.** **Job Duties** **Key Responsibilities:** + Develop and implement comprehensive procurement strategies to meet organizational goals. + Manage and lead the procurement team to ensure seamless operations and optimal performance. + Evaluate, select, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors. + Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to secure the best value for the organization. + Monitor market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and innovative solutions. + Oversee inventory management to ensure sufficient supply without excess stock. + Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements in all procurement activities. + Implement procurement tools and systems to streamline processes and reporting. + Prepare, analyze, and present reports on procurement activities, expenditures, and savings. + Drive continuous improvement initiatives in the procurement process. **Qualifications** **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
