Hours:  8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

All you need is:

Manage a perpetual inventory system for lab suppliesForecast requirements and order products and equipment to meet production demandsWork with suppliers when serious variations arise in delivery, quality, price, or conditions of saleManage the receipt and returns of equipment, inventory and other purchasesPrepare reports and spend analysis by vendor, department, purchasing category as requiredParticipate in development/maintaining of the department cost saving tracking systemWork with the General Manager on developing annual budgets for supplies, develop tools to monitor and analyze budget implementation and deviations from the planAssist Sonic Healthcare USA (SHUSA) in planning, developing, recommending, negotiating and administering proposals and contractsMonitor the purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policyConduct projects on cost savings initiatives across all major procurement spend categoriesAnalyze existing purchase agreements to optimize existing supply contractsAssist SHUSA with bid preparation by collecting and analyzing spend data; analyze supplier proposals and savings potentialEffectively communicate with applicable business functions concerning inventory management.Manage control records to ensure that mistakes, inaccuracies and discrepancies are highlighted, addressed and resolvedReport on courier and FedEx spendOversee the disposal of surplus material or scrap productsManage inventory receiving personnel

This role will have routine access to Protected Health Information (PHI). Employees will be trained on reasonable safeguards and are expected to maintain strict confidentiality, as well as abide by all applicable privacy and security standards.  Employees are expected only to access PHI when it is required to fulfill job duties.

Base Pay: $70K - $115K (the pay rate, if displayed, is the minimum salary for the position. Rate of pay for selected candidates will be determined by various factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, relevant experience and training, as well as internal peer equity.)
