Role Summary Responsible for the research, provision, and analysis of data used to inform Category Sourcing Strategies and tactical procurement arrangements. This includes gathering and analyzing various forms of data, such as spend data, market data, supplier and supply chain data, product data, service data, and emerging trends. The role involves identifying key insights and developing data-driven recommendations that support strategic decision-making and optimize procurement processes. By closely monitoring market conditions, supplier performance, and internal spend patterns, the position ensures alignment with organizational goals, enhances cost-effectiveness, and fosters sustainable supplier relationships. Additionally, the role contributes to the identification of potential risks and opportunities within the supply chain, while supporting continuous improvement initiatives and the development of long-term sourcing strategies. Effective communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders and external suppliers are key to ensuring the successful execution of sourcing strategies.
