Administrative support to procurement function. Contact point between head office administration and procurement function. Logistics arrangements for crates to producers as well as the loads from producers to processing plant Coordination with receipts team on which producers deliver product on which days. Dealing with any procurement issues when product is delivered. Represent acquisition by attending daily pop-up meetings Drafting and updating the procurement plan. Support with registration of new pecan producers Administrative handling of farmers payments:
o Purchase contracts
o Payment list
o Sending procurement data to producers
