Made Possible.** **Mission:** The mission of Supply Chain Procurement Analysts is to provide centrally managed category spend management support for GPI’s operations in a fast paced, time sensitive environment. The position requires interaction with not only the supply chain team, but nearly all functional areas within GPI (finance, legal, plant operations, and product development) and our suppliers. This position handles production and development of analytics solutions for areas that include spend classification/compliance, pricing, usage, inventory, diversity reporting, supplier performance and tracking of key procurement initiatives. The Supply Chain Procurement Analysts can also function as a project manager and aid in the training of AI models, routine system maintenance and testing, upgrades or continuous improvements for modules in the company’s spend management suite as well as related business processes. **Duties and Responsibilities:** + Prepare, run and analyze eSourcing events (e.g. eRFI’s, eRFP’s, and Auctions) including communicating with internal customers to ensure that all of their needs and requirements are met, conducting supplier training sessions to facilitate use of the eSourcing software, and preparing the award scenario. + Collect and cleanse spend data through plant inquiries, vendor sales reporting, spend analytics, PO data and/or payment data. Review information with Sourcing Managers and make recommendations while ensuring spend is classified correctly. Remediate any misclassified spend or spend that does not comply with negotiated contracts, while correcting the root cause of the issue with the proper parties. + Data analytics to train AI spend analytics models. + Provide support for supplier diversity reporting to GPI customers (internal and external). + Perform onboarding of new or to be reactivated suppliers. + Supplier performance management and measurement support that includes collaboration with internal cross functional teams and suppliers to eliminate performance gaps. + Support working capital goals by preparing monthly reports on actual savings achieved. + Prepare routine and ad hoc management reporting packages (i.e., spend compliance, vendor scorecards, supply chain metrics) on an as needed basis. + Perform other Supply Chain Operations functions as assigned such as preparation of POs, supply chain guidelines, training documentation as well as performing training. + Perform other duties and functions as assigned. **Background / Experience:** + Bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, accounting, economics, statistics, supply chain or another related field. + Ability to quickly use multiple purchasing tools and systems (e.g., SAP, eSourcing, contract lifecycle management, supplier onboarding portal, data analytic solutions). + 3-5 years manufacturing experience + Sourcing and commodity analysis experience. + MBA preferred. **Education / Knowledge:** + Advanced technology data analytics skills with an understanding of ERP systems (SAP preferred) + Proven ability to analyze and stratify data from multiple sources into meaningful information. + Strong attention to detail + MS Project Management, Visio, eSourcing and contract management experience are a plus. **Specific Skills:** + Strong analytical and organizational skills, detail orientation, and interpersonal skills + Continuous improvement mindset, initiative and drive for results + Ability to positively contribute and deliver results in a collaborative work environment. + Ability to plan, organize and communicate to achieve goals. + Ability to prepare reports and professional communication documents. + Ability to professionally collaborate and communicate with all levels of employees and management. + Ability to work efficiently individually and in a team environment. + Exceptional verbal and written communication skills + Ability to define problems, collect data to show facts, draw valid conclusions, and implement sustainable solutions. + Work involves confidential and sensitive information, discretion is essential. + Availability to travel up to 25%. **\#LI-Hybrid** **Pay Range:** **$65,025.00** - **$86,700.00** **Graphic Packaging is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
