Provide administrative services related to the onboarding (including enablement) and off-boarding of Suppliers.

Job Responsibilities Facilitate onboarding of suppliers and ensuring all the necessary step have been executed inline with the approved onboarding process. Conduct low risk due diligence through relevant platforms. Investigate and resolve Politically Exposed & Sanctions alerts with an SLA. Monitor BOTS performance; resolve exceptions and ensure that information is communicated to all relevant stakeholders. Perform continuous risk monitoring on existing suppliers. Provide training and support to both internal and external stakeholders on Ariba and other procurement related systems. Facilitate and administer off boarding of suppliers. Enablement of Suppliers according to a prescribed process. Monitor supplier onboarding requests analysing time taken to onboard against the SLA to improve service delivery. Contribute to a culture conducive to the achievement of transformation goals by participating in Nedbank Culture building initiatives. Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance processes; systems and policies and support implementation of new processes; policies and systems. Ensure to follow through relevant tasks by monitoring and verifying the process flow till completion. Meet and exceed internal and external client needs by timeously responding to queries and actioning the request within the Service Level Agreement (SLA) Formal Qualification Matric, CIPS preferred with time. Experience 2 years administration experience Technical Competencies
