Procure to Pay Team Lead - Finance Shared Service Center

What will I be doing? 

\n

·       Manage day-to-day Procure to Pay (PTP) performance including invoice processing, payment, T&E, month end closing and other PTP activities

\n

·       Lead an operational Procure to Pay team to deliver output as per the SLAs

\n

·       Ensure compliance of PTP operations with company policies, processes, and internal controls

\n

·       Review system entries

\n

·       Produce effective qualitative and quantitative metrics reporting to measure efficiency and effectiveness of function and staff

\n

·       Assist in internal and external audit processes

\n

·       Train new joiners

\n

·       Work towards system improvement, process improvement

\n

·       Develop team spirit and advise daily operations

\n

·       Other duties as assigned

·       Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

\n

·       Minimum Years of Experience: 5 years of related work experience

\n

·       Minimum Years of Management Experience:  1-2 years
