Position Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Processing Specialist II in our Mesa Arizona Headquarters.  This position will require strong attention to detail, a high level of quality and accuracy, and time management skills. This position will review systematically flagged data fields, perform various auditing tasks, and perform research on vehicle related violations in a high-volume processing environment. 

What you'll do

Accurately maintain functional reporting   Provide processing instruction to mail room agents   Review escalated documents and determine proper handling   Audit Source documents against established rules for quality assurance  Provide clear Feedback to mail room agents in a professional and positive manor  Assist with special projects for mailroom/data entry from leadership on an as-needed basis  

What we're looking for

High School Diploma or equivalent   Previous experience in an office environment performing administrative duties including inbound mail processing, auditing or review, outbound mail processing, data entry, quality control, and/or related administrative duties  Strong PC skills including basic proficiency in Word and Excel  Ability to use various equipment including computers, copier, scanner and mail opening machine  Ability to navigate through internet-based system screens  Strong attention to detail and quality driven  The ability to problem solve using analytical thinking   Excellent written and verbal communication skills  Exceptional aptitude and flexibility towards serving and assisting others  Able to recognize a problem and escalate to the appropriate team member for resolution  Able to lift up to 20lbs
