What you will enjoy doing Establish the process for all new molds during the development and commercial mold hand over to the plant / internal customers. Knowledge of doing DOE (Design of Experiments) on all new molds,and sharing the results with suitable and optimized process. Coordinates QC testing with internal QC lab; Develops sampling plans with Project Manager.
