We are looking for Process Technicians on 1st, 2nd, and Weekend shifts!
The Process Technician monitors and maintains a variety of production processes and equipment of high complexity to ensure efficient and high-quality output. Troubleshoots technical issues and implements process improvements.
Responsibilities1. Sets up, operates, and monitors production equipment and processes to maximize productivity.
2. Performs audits and ensures adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
3. Performs root cause analysis and troubleshooting on equipment and processes.
4. Adjusts machine settings and process parameters as needed.
5. Records production data and maintains accurate logs.
6. Collaborates with team members to optimize production efficiency.
7. Identifies and reports any issues or deviations in the production process.
8. Implements process improvements and new technologies and machinery.
9. Other duties as assigned.

• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and work instructions.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and report generation.

Educational Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent education and experience.
Experience Requirements
• Four years of technician experience
Physical & Environmental Requirements
• Some physical demand; often lifts light to heavy-weight material. Frequent lifting/moving average weight (up to 50 lbs/11-27 kgs) material.
• Ability to perform occasional to frequent pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, twisting, crawling and/or reaching over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
• Ability to operate motorized vehicles over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
• Ability to stand and / or walk constantly over a full work shift on concrete (8-12 hours).
• May be exposed to noise levels for which hearing protection is required to be worn over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
