Key job responsibilities
As a Process Specialist Lead - Automation :
• You are a part of the Central Product Team and work within the AI & automation team.
• You will interact with business teams, understand the gaps in processes and leverage Gen-AI/ML technologies to plug the gaps.
• You will look at existing manual or automated SOPs and look for opportunities to derive insights and recommendations out of the data presented
• You will work with AI, ML & Automation experts and guide them to implement solutions
• You establish goals aligned with business objectives and consistently report on goal progress.
