Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Subject Matter Expert in P2P with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in SAP Travel and Expense Concur Travel and Expense and domain expertise in Payroll processing and Employee setup. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects that streamline our processes and enhance employee satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of SAP Travel and Expense systems to ensure seamless operation.Provide expert guidance on Concur Travel and Expense to optimize travel management processes.Manage payroll processing activities to ensure accurate and timely payments to employees.Facilitate employee setup processes ensuring all necessary documentation and system entries are completed efficiently.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues related to travel and expense management.Develop and deliver training sessions for employees on the use of SAP and Concur systems.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise ensuring minimal disruption to operations.Conduct regular audits of travel and expense reports to ensure compliance with company policies.Implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of payroll and expense management.Provide detailed reports and analysis on travel and expense data to support decision-making.Ensure all processes comply with relevant regulations and company policies.Support the integration of new technologies and tools to enhance travel and expense management.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in payroll and expense management.Qualifications
Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP Travel and Expense.Demonstrate expertise in Concur Travel and Expense systems.Have a strong background in payroll processing and employee setup.Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Show proficiency in conducting training sessions and providing user support.Display strong analytical skills for data reporting and analysis.Maintain knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.The Cognizant community:
