Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.The work model for the role is: on site This role is contributing to the Electrification Division in México.You will be mainly accountable for:1.\tCollaborate in developing and improving essential quality doc-umentation, including quality gates, work instructions, visual aids, and rework instructions for current and new production lines (Safety Switches and LSC/Breakers Accesorizing). 2.\tContribute to the development of digital quality checklists on the SFx platform to enhance efficiency. 3.\tSupport the development of Product Knowledge presentations and deliver training to operators and inspectors on production lines. 4.\tParticipate in root cause analysis and collaborate on defining action plans during quality circle meetings. 5.\tSupport Quality Wins initiatives through workshops to reach 2025 goals.
Qualifications for the roleActive students from the last three semesters (graduate on Dec 2025 or Dec 2026) from careers Industrial, Mechatronic, Mechanic Administrator Engineering.English advanced.Quality Standard, Time management, Problem Solving Analysis, Power BI, White Belt Knowledge.Team Work, Effective Communication, Results oriented, Curiosity, Initiative.
