Job Description

Tasks: 

Responsible for the design of O8 Capacity Management process  and O9 Avilability management processCIP for the worldwide process KPIs Continuous worldwide check on process implementation and ensure implementation of measures from the last Maturity Level Check (MLC) Coordination and evaluation of incoming process requirements 

Qualifications

Profile: 

Experience in a similar position (at least 3-5 years) Process management experience and ITIL knowledge - ITIL certified (e.g. ITIL v3 or ITIL4 foundation) Personality: team player, good communication skills Working Practice: independent, organized Languages: good communication skills in written and spoken English Education: completed study or comparable work experience
