Process Manager

 

Regional Integration and Performance management Team is supporting Markets and Regions IT organization in driving synergies and efficiencies between marketand corporate IT teams and delivering the benefits of IT verticalization.
The incumbent will be supporting Regional Integration and Performance Management Director to drive IT strategy across regions and markets. He/She will also work closely with the Regional IT teams to create transparency across Market financials and understanding of Market IT spending, collecting and providing a detailed analysis. He/she will also work closely with peers in Corporate IT and Finance to understand the full IT financial picture, align and consolidate data and to implement accurate, simple Market data collection processes.
As a team player, He/She will be also supporting the Markets and Regions with effective cross-regional project planning, data collection/analysis and execution of other key corporate IT related projects affecting Market teams, e.g., Application Portfolio Rationalization, Demand Management implementation and other IT Strategic initiatives, IT governance, implementation of innovative solutions and IT technical project implementations.

 

As a Process Manager, you will be responsible for:

Support Markets and Regions IT organization: In the development and governance of strategic and operational methodologies and frameworks for Markets and Regions IT Financials: Create end-to-end cost transparency across the Market financials and provides expertise in understanding Market IT spend; Drive collection, consolidation and validation of Market IT financial and budget data on a regular basis leveraging global solutions where possible(e.g. SAP, TM1) and developing other methods as required; Optimize the granularity of data collected within a common chart of accounts; ensure accurate data received in a timely manner; Validate and analyze data; provide a modern, analytical interface to Markets and Regions IT organization to permit clear budget visibility and thorough spend analysis; Have clear understanding of data; assist in further analysis, understanding and planning of use of data; Work closely with IT Investment and IT Finance teams in the consolidation of Market and corporate IT financials for full visibility of organizational budget and understanding/assessment; identify areas for focus to drive cost efficiencies; Provide expertise to support effective adjustments to Market financial structures and data following any structural reorganizations of IT and ensure correct/effective processes are planned before /during and after. Performance Management: Support HC and resource planning for Markets and Regions IT organization; Assist Markets and Regions teams in further analysis, understanding and planning of use of data. Reports and suggests relevant KPIs; Provide and evolve a modern analytical tool to track and control key indicators; Own and understand consolidated data sources. Act as “data owner” for Markets and Regions, liaising with all data sources owners; Constantly analyze data. Advise Regional teams on trends, and potential risks and identify areas for efficiencies; Support Markets and Regions and RILs with reporting. Looks for ways to innovate, for automation and simplification
 

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in the IT discipline with 2+ of those years in a complex IT environment Good financial and budgetary processes understanding, SAP and TM1 experience and financial background would be a strong asset Strong data analytical skills, strong capability to analyze massives of data, design and develop data models and building reports Previous experience with Power BI and Power Apps is a plus Team player, ability to network and establish good connections through all levels of the organization Eager to explore new technologies and solutions Very good communicator, act as a Project Manager when needed (planning, organizing and escalation) Ability to think clearly and act decisively, sense of urgency, high organizing and prioritizing skills, proactivity Fluent written and verbal English communication skills University Degree in Computer or Technical Science or strong IT background
