Process Manager, Global Product Information Management
What's the role?

You will lead the global definition, development & roll-out of processes and systems for the management of product information for all Business Units. You will orchestrate key stakeholders across the organization to strengthen operational excellence and customer orientation for all digital publication solutions. You will strengthen operational excellence and build the long-term strategy for the eco-system of product information management.

What does the role involve?

In this challenging global role, your core areas of responsibilities will be:
1. You will lead definition & implementation projects as a business owner by orchestrating stakeholders in E-Commerce teams, digital channels, global IT and external partners.
2. You will partner with the business units for hardware & software products to analyse underlying business needs and to specify requirements for core applications in the eco-system of product information management
3. You will be responsible for data governance across the value chain & evolution of data architecture.
4. Provide recommendation and consultations based on business needs pertaining to the product information and display.

What you need is:

Bachelor’s degree in the field of business, engineering or information technology; MBA is a plus At least more than 5 years of professional experience with distinguished expertise in project/process management Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with high system affinity and a working knowledge of systems; PIM is a plus Exceptional written and spoken communication and presentation skills in English; Additional languages are a plus
