Process Improvement Engineer
**Work Schedule** Standard (Mon-Fri) **Environmental Conditions** Office **Job Description** **What will be your responsibility:** + Improve and sustain processes by defining and driving Practical Process Improvement projects and programs. + This includes: + Implementing lean principles across the company and to manufacturing processes. + Achieving continuous cost reductions throughout the entire manufacturing and supply chain flow. + Support projects related to the transfer, resourcing, or outsourcing of manufacturing processes. + Lead and complete cross-functional and cross-site projects that tackle operational issues from start to finish. + Drive the Practical Process Improvement funnel by: + Identifying improvement opportunities through data analysis and collaboration with operations teams. + Crafting, proposing, and driving approval of the improvement roadmap. + Being responsible for cost and labor planning and allocation in collaboration with company management. + Provide the necessary training to ensure successful execution of improvements.
