What you'll do
As a Process Improvement and Documentation Specialist, you will play a key role in managing and enhancing critical processes, ensuring efficient and high-quality customer documentation, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, customer support, and IT, to optimize workflows, standardize processes, and implement best practices that align with customer and business objectives.
What you bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. 1+ years of experience in process improvement, documentation, or quality assurance roles in an IT or technology-focused environment. Proficiency in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) is highly preferred. Strong analytical skills with the ability to map and improve complex processes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation in English. Proficiency with documentation and process mapping tools (e.g., MS Visio, Lucidchart, Confluence). Proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence positive change.
