What we look for?

We are looking for a Process Expert with Appian, with at least 4 years of experience for a project with an international customer from the banking sector.

100% remote position for people located in Spain.

Functions and responsabilities:

Process Modeling and Optimization: Design, develop, and optimize business process models using Appian.

Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.

Implementation and Integration: Implement process solutions and integrate them with other systems and applications. Ensure seamless data flow and communication between different components.

Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide technical support for Appian applications and resolve any issues. Troubleshoot and debug process models to ensure smooth operation.

Documentation and Training: Create and maintain technical documentation, including process models, user guides, and best practices.

Conduct training sessions for end-users and other stakeholders. 

Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.

Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of process solutions.

Identify and resolve any defects or issues found during testing.  

Mandatory requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Relevant certifications (e.g., Appian Certified Associate Developer) are a plus. 

Previous experience as a Process Expert or similar role, preferably with Appian. Proven track record of successfully delivering process solutions. This role is essential for optimizing business processes and ensuring the effective implementation of Appian solutions.

Proficiency in Appian process modeling and development. Understanding of business process management (BPM) principles and methodologies. Familiarity with integration technologies and APIs English at least B2
