Summary

For our parent company Proximus Group, an international telecommunication company, we are looking for a proactive individual to fill in the following position: Process Expert. As a Process Expert, you play a critical role in analyzing, designing, and optimizing operational processes. Your expertise is essential for implementing innovative solutions that enhance productivity and sustainability. You collaborate with various departments to ensure effective process management and contribute to the success of the implementation of the new product/service in our organization.

Responsibilities (for all process matters)

End-to-End Coordination

Independently coordinate the end-to-end launch or improvement of products. Prioritize customer service, emphasizing digitalization, clear procedures, and efficient operational services. Challenge existing support models and propose improvements.

Activities Coordination

Coordinate activities related to sales, ordering, provisioning, admin and repair domains. Responsible to write requirements, define the process, create test scenarios to validate the process.

Support Operational Groups

Serve as a point of contact for operational support groups. Collaborate with other divisions to convince and prioritize possible improvements and implement those in new enhancement projects/initiatives.

Project Representation

As SPOC for our operational division, you need to collect the requirements of all operational domains. Transparently represent operational services within project teams. Ensure effective communication with relevant stakeholders.

Essential Requirements

You have a university degree or master’s degree. You have at least 5-10 years of relevant professional experience. This experience should be effective in process management and/or Business Analyst. You have an affinity for working in project mode, coupled with extensive operational experience in a relevant environment. Knowledge of project methodology is an asset. Familiarity with telco environment is a plus. You are strongly customer-oriented and can easily put yourself in a client’s situation. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. You make the right decisions in a timely manner. You have a strong analytical mindset, thinking and acting in terms of solutions. You possess the necessary communication skills (both oral and written). You work independently and methodically. You are flexible and capable of delivering high-quality work under pressure. You can express yourself easily in English (spoken and written).

Telesign (hereinafter, “we”, “us” or “our”) is committed to protecting your personal data. To this extent, we will only process your personal data as described in this Notice and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection on  9 November 2018 (together referred to as “Data Protection Laws”).

This Notice is for candidates including any person who has applied for a position at Proximus or has been identified through a selection process or talent search for a current or future vacancy (“you”). This Notice aims at informing you about our use of your personal data for the purposes of recruitment.

Beware Telesign processes your personal data for and on behalf of Proximus. Consequently, Telesign acts as a Data Processor each time you apply for a role at Proximus. Proximus remains the Data Controller, meaning, the one responsible for deciding how and why we process personal data about you.

Information We Collect: We mainly collect personal data directly from you. However, we can also collect data from your referees in case you proactively provided their contact details (e.g., your previous employer) or via social networks such as LinkedIn.

We may collect and process personal data including your contact details (your name, postal address, email address, phone number…); and your professional information (job title, education, employment history, qualifications, skills, and (where appropriate) references).

We only intend to process regular data about you. However, in some specific situation, we may process sensitive data you provided directly to us (e.g., health-related data for eventual accommodations, nationality with regards work permits).

The provision of this information is a prerequisite for the conclusion of your employment contract. Failure to provide this information will make it impossible for you to participate in the recruitment process.

Purpose of Processing: The personal data collected will be used solely for recruitment purposes which include the following processing activities: pre-selecting candidates, assessing your qualifications, skills, and suitability for employment, as well as contacting you regarding job opportunities.

Legal Basis for Processing: The processing is necessary for the execution of pre-contractual measures and the (potential) establishment of the contractual relationship between you and Proximus for a specific role.

Data Retention: We will retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including any legal or regulatory obligations. In case of successful recruitment, your data will be further retained by Proximus as part of employee’s file. In case of unsuccessful recruitment, your data may be retained for 2 years as from the application date.

Sharing of Personal Data: Your personal data may be shared internally with individuals involved in the recruitment process at Proximus and Telesign, our affiliate company assisting in the recruitment process.

Data transfers: Your data will mainly be processed in Serbia. In the case where your data are transferred to an entity established outside Serbia and/or a country not qualified as adequate, we will ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

Your Rights: Under the GDPR, you have the following rights in connection with your personal data:

Access. This enables you to receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you. Rectification. This enables you to rectify any incomplete or inaccurate data about you. Erasure. This enables you to ask us to delete or remove your personal data where there is no good reason for us continuing to process it. Restriction. This enables you to ask us to suspend the processing of your personal data. Data portability. This enables you to ask us the transmission of your data to another party.

Be aware your rights are not absolute. Hence, your request will be subject to a case-by-case analysis.
