**Job Summary** We are seeking a Process Executive-P2P with 0 to 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have technical expertise in MS Excel and a good understanding of Order to Cash Accounts Receivable and Procure to Pay processes. This hybrid role requires strong English language skills and offers a day shift schedule. **Responsibilities** + Assist in the Procure to Pay process by managing purchase orders and invoices. + Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments. + Utilize MS Excel to maintain and analyze financial data. + Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth operations. + Provide support in the Order to Cash process by managing customer orders and payments. + Maintain accurate records of transactions and ensure compliance with company policies. + Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements. + Communicate effectively with vendors and customers to address inquiries and issues. + Support the Accounts Receivable process by tracking and managing outstanding payments. + Ensure adherence to internal controls and audit requirements. + Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy. + Provide regular updates and reports to management on the status of accounts and transactions. + Contribute to the overall success of the finance team by supporting various projects and tasks. **Qualifications** + Proficiency in MS Excel is required. + Knowledge of Order to Cash Accounts Receivable and Procure to Pay processes is a plus. + Strong communication skills in English both written and spoken. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. + Basic understanding of financial principles and accounting practices. **Certifications Required** MS Excel certification is required.
