Process Executive - P&C
**Job Summary** We are looking for a Process Executive in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain with 0 to 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and a good understanding of IT. Experience in claim investigation and property & casualty insurance is a plus. The role is hybrid with rotational shifts and does not require travel. **Responsibilities** + Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding property and casualty insurance policies + Process insurance claims efficiently and ensure compliance with company policies + Investigate claims thoroughly to determine the validity and extent of coverage + Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues + Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions + Ensure timely and accurate data entry into the system + Provide support to customers through various communication channels + Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements + Monitor and report on the status of claims and customer inquiries + Ensure adherence to regulatory and company standards + Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and company policies + Contribute to team meetings and share insights for better customer service + Support other team members as needed to achieve overall team goals **Qualifications** + Possess strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering high-quality support + Have a good understanding of IT systems and their applications in the insurance domain + Experience in claim investigation is highly desirable + Knowledge of property and casualty insurance is a plus + Ability to work in rotational shifts and adapt to a hybrid work model + Strong communication skills both written and verbal + Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills + Ability to work independently and as part of a team + Proficiency in using customer service software and tools + Demonstrate problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations + Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies + Strong analytical skills to assess and process claims accurately + Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in handling customer information. **Certifications Required** Certified Customer Service Professional (CCSP) or equivalent certification is preferred.
