Job Summary
We are seeking a Process Executive-Fin Ops with 0 to 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Digital Asset Management and Private Equity Fund Accounting. Experience in Hedge Fund Accounting and Performance Reporting is a plus. This role operates on a hybrid work model with rotational shifts. Travel is not required.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain digital assets to ensure accurate and efficient processing.Oversee private equity fund accounting activities to ensure compliance with industry standards.Provide support in hedge fund accounting to enhance financial reporting accuracy.Assist in performance reporting to deliver insightful financial analysis.Collaborate with team members to streamline financial operations processes.Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.Monitor and reconcile financial data to maintain data integrity.Support the preparation of financial statements and reports.Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Utilize technical skills in digital asset management to optimize workflow.Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address financial inquiries.Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements.Participate in rotational shifts to provide consistent support across time zones.Adapt to the hybrid work model to balance in-office and remote work effectively.Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and process optimization..Qualifications: MBA (Finance) CA Inter MComPossess a strong understanding of digital asset management.Have experience in private equity fund accounting.Nice to have experience in hedge fund accounting.Nice to have experience in performance reporting.Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Show proficiency in financial software and tools.Display strong communication and teamwork abilities.Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in financial processes.Adapt to rotational shifts and hybrid work model.Maintain a proactive and continuous learning mindset.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.Exhibit the ability to work independently and collaboratively.Certifications Required
