Process Engineer ISBM
What you will enjoy doing Ensure all ISBM machines are operating safely, efficiently, and reliably, according to recommended operating guidelines Ensure quality product is being produced at all times and process is optimized to the fullest extent Ensure all raw materials required are available and defect free before being put into machine Ensure proper functioning of machinery Assist the Production Manager / Process Technicians in implementing required training for Machine Operators Support Production activities Participate in Tool Design Reviews and recommend improvements to optimize moulding, setup, and overall manufacturing Analyse and improve existing processes using production data, design of experiments, Six Sigma and other methods to improve manufacturing processes for cost reduction, quality improvement to increase efficiencies Troubleshoot moulding and manufacturing processes and material issues. Work with internal and external resources to resolve moulding and manufacturing issues and implement long-term solutions Research, develop and implement manufacturing process controls, machinery modifications and improvements Ensure good housekeeping practices are consistently followed Ensure Health and Safety regulations are adhered to Responsible for reporting potential Food Safety hazards and comply with the food safety management system requirements  What makes you great Technical Qualification with min. 5 years plastics processing experience   Toolmaking, Mechanical or Electric/Electronic systems Knowledge of and insight into operation of Injection stretch blow moulding machines and its auxiliary equipment Knowledge of and experience in processing Injection stretch blow moulding machines and its auxiliary equipment Knowledge of and experience in changeovers/set-up/maintaining of Injection stretch blow moulding machines and its and its auxiliary equipment Ability to lead people and to generate a positive team environment Excellent problem solving skills with attention to detail Proven ability to successfully train technical and other non-exempt personnel Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing  Effective time management and task/project prioritization with minimal supervision  Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule Ability to operate forklifts and crane Proficient with computer applications (e.g. Power Point, Excel, Access) High cleanliness standards for the machines and work area Excellent communication skills in local language and English What you can expect working with us Market Related Salary Professional working environment with Global Exposure Pension Benefit Medical Aid Employee Assistance Program We facilitate a smooth start through individual and accurate training and professional guidance and support We offer you a challenging task with a high degree of personal responsibility  Your individual performance will be remunerated and your development will be supported by us
