While reporting to the Plant Manager as the Process Engineer, you will be responsible for the process improvements, conducting studies and making recommendation about continuous process control improvements which enhance productivity and improve quality within the Winchester plant.

What You’ll Be Doing:

· Providing plant leadership for manufacturing control strategies

· Developing capital authorization requests and managing capital projects

· Utilizing Six Sigma and TQM tools to enhance productivity and reduce scrap

· Developing improvement action plans based on the audits and managing the implementation of those plans

· Provide support to the production and maintenance departments within the plant.

This is located at our Winchester, KY plant.

We’d love to hear from you if:

· You have a four-year degree, preferably in the sciences or engineering (or equivalent experience)

· Good communication and technical sills

· Good business and technical skills.

Compensation:

The annual base salary range for this role is from $100,560 to $113,130, plus an annual target bonus of 7.5% of base salary..

This is a progression experience and level will be based on candidate experience and business needs.

If applicable, an annual incentive is awarded to eligible employees upon attaining various business and individual goals as defined by the Company and the department leader.  This annual incentive is discretionary, and the Company has sole discretion to determine the amount of the award.
