Job DescriptionABOUT YOUR ROLE
You will design and control the production process to achieve high quality products within appropriate lead time and minimize production cost. You will solve and prevent problems that occurred during the production process as well as develop the production process through the utilization of new technology, knowledge, and equipment. You will be based in Rayong.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Work closely with the production, QA and engineering teams in order to improve process performance towards achieving higher productivity, optimum equipment utilization and higher level of product quality. Analyze any process and product variations identify root cause and solution for continuous improvement activity. Coordinate with the product development team for prototype samples preparation.Set-up process capabilities and monitor performance.Generate, review and update process instruction, work procedure and documents. Conduct training to enhance employees’ technical and process know-how.Develop and revise process mapping and process control plan. Monitor process capability and consistencyDevelop and upgrade process capability, tools and equipment to improve safety, cost and productivitySet up process for new products and attend new product trial on machineLead trouble shooting on the machine with six sigma methodologyQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Degree required. 3+ years of proven application of process improvements in a web handling manufacturing industry Creative with good analytical skills, and knowledge in SPC, DOEGood relationship, highly responsible and willing to work under pressureExperience in process improvement, LEAN Manufacturing Implementation.Strong on problem solving and have statistical knowledge for analysis.Good command for English and PCAdditional InformationAVERY DENNISON IS AN EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY PROVIDER
