The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of experience and a strong background in process optimization, development, and the use of leading tools to enhance efficiency and productivity. In this role, you will lead cross-functional projects, analyze operations, and implement cutting-edge solutions to improve processes while maintaining safety, quality, and compliance standards. Responsibilities: + Process Optimization : Identify, design, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase throughput. + Tool Implementation : Utilize leading tools and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Process Simulation Software) to assess and improve operational workflows. + Project Leadership : Manage cross-functional teams to execute projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals. + Data Analysis : Collect and analyze process data using advanced statistical tools to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement. + Technology Integration : Evaluate and integrate new technologies and automation tools into existing processes to drive innovation and efficiency. + Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and training materials. + Compliance & Safety : Ensure all processes meet safety regulations, quality standards, and compliance requirements. + Collaboration : Partner with departments such as production, R&D, and quality assurance to drive continuous improvement initiatives . Qualifications: + 5–10 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in [specify industry, e.g., manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, or technology]. + Proficiency with leading tools such as: - Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt certification preferred). - Lean Manufacturing methodologies. - Process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, Minitab, or similar). - CAD tools for process design and optimization. + Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis and statistical tools. + Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects. + Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance (e.g., OSHA, ISO, FDA, etc.). + Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. + Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Education & Certifications: + Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
