We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Process Engineer to join our ink development R&D team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in the development of new products, processes, and technologies while leading complex technology projects. The candidate will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to bring innovative ideas to life and drive advancements in the chemical industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize processes for new product development, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.
Lead the development and implementation of innovative technologies to enhance product performance and manufacturing capabilities.
Manage and lead complex technology projects, from concept to execution, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and process validations for new technologies and products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration of new processes.
Analyze and interpret data from experiments, pilot runs, and production trials to identify opportunities for improvement.
Stay updated with advancements in process engineering and chemical industry technologies to drive continuous innovation.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in process engineering within the chemical industry.
Proven experience in developing and scaling up processes for new product development.
Demonstrated success in leading complex technology projects.
Strong technical expertise in process design, development, and optimization.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work on innovative, out-of-the-box solutions.
Experience in team leadership or project management, with a track record of effectively leading cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in data analysis, statistical tools, and process simulation software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
