Process Engineer

Location: Baraboo, Wisconsin

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to oversee our manufacturing processes and ensure optimal efficiency and quality. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing process improvements, analyzing production data, and managing projects to increase output and reduce waste.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce wasteAnalyze production data to identify trends and potential areas for improvementManage projects to increase output and reduce costsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and resolve issuesDevelop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures and work instructionsTrain production staff on new processes and procedures

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field3+ years of experience in Extrusion/Injection Molding and Statistics5+ years of Experience in the Manufacturing Industry, preferably in plasticsProject management skillsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills
