Process Engineer
Job Description

We are seeking a Process Engineer with technical knowledge of process and product technology. The ideal candidate will be familiar with Recipe Management and have knowledge of controlling and monitoring chemical plant operations, such as metal digestion, liquid/liquid extraction, crystallization, and powder handling processes including blending, sieving, transport, and packaging. The role requires the ability to apply statistical analysis and Lean Six Sigma analytical methods in a manufacturing environment. Planning, organization, and problem-solving skills are essential. A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering and a minimum of seven years of experience in chemical manufacturing or powder processing is required. Adherence to all intellectual property standards, safety, health, and environmental guidelines, policies, and procedures is mandatory.

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position near Reading, Pennsylvania.

Work Environment

First shift role 8am - 5pm. Will be between office and manufacturing mill. The mill is loud and hot and requires PPE to enter
