**YOUR ROLE**
+ Support process engineering and operational initiatives at the site.
+ Responsible for scoping, developing, and executing small capital projects.
+ Leading and supporting process safety requirements.
+ Support Quality and Operational initiatives.
+ Implement manufacturing processes, including commissioning new equipment, writing, modifying, and maintaining manufacturing instructions, engineering studies (DOE’s), training operators and supervisors on existing and new processes/procedures.
+ Ensure quality, cost, and efficiency requirements are met.
+ Actively participate in audits as required (SHE, PSM, ISO, etc.)
+ Ensures site compliance with written programs, company guidelines and accredited standards.
**YOUR SKILLS**
+ BS Degree in Chemical Engineering is required
+ 2+ years’ experience in Chemical Industry with process safety and operations desired
+ Work experience in and/or supporting a Chemical Manufacturing Environment desired (Experience in PLC and/or DCS control system a plus)
+ Strong interpersonal, leadership, presentation, and communication (oral and written) skills
+ Ability to multitask effectively and execute multiple projects and assignments at various stages, within defined parameters and limits
+ Sitting and working on a computer, working in the plant environment, occasional travel
The salary for this role is $77,400.00 - $107,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
