Process engineer
Airswift is now recruiting for a key project in Oceania an experienced Process engineer with LNG experience who will work in London for a 12 months renewable contract.

The position is open on the company side, starting as soon as possible.

The service holder is in charge during the FEED and EPSCC Phases to:
? provide support, challenge the FEED Contractors in the Value engineering exercise. Promote alternative design to reduce cost, works and schedule.
? timely review and comment the process engineering documents; liaise with other engineering specialist(s), and entity (Operations,) as required (for example for philosophies, etc.);
? ensure Plant process engineering consistency, constructability, operability and flexibility.
? ensure that the engineering activities related to process matters are performed in compliance with applicable laws and regulations (PNGS calling Australian/New Zealand standards apply), contextualized GS, with required level of quality, high HSE Standards, with respect of the Project highly sensitive environment, and within the agreed time schedule and cost;
? assist the Lead Process Engineer to formalize, get validation and approval of the proposed derogations on contextualized GS-EP-ECP.
? avoid Contractors stand-by/delays by prompt response to engineering queries and unexpected technical issues, by a proactive and pro-efficient approach.
? assist the HIPPS champion in his activities regarding the HIPPS Dossier (such as preparation and participation to HIPPS Committee,).
? Support as requested when liaising with Company Head office to get the necessary expertise of the Flow assurance specialists (in particular from the R&D on CO2 re-injection flow assurance);
? provide support in his/her field of expertise, to compare and evaluate the CPF-Wellpads FEED Contractors during the FEED competition phase (s).
? assist the Commissioning team for the preparation of the commissioning activities; and Operations in the preparation of their activities (such as procedures).
? supervise the licenses units design, in particular in reviewing in coordination with Company Head Office Acid Gas group the Licensors’ proposals, Licensors’ deliverables, and bid evaluation and recommendation proposed by the Contractors.
? support preparation and participate in Project technical reviews, provide answers and ensure timely implementation of the findings in his discipline.

ACTIVITIES
? To adopt & demonstrate an exemplary behavior with regard to HSSE requirements.
? To provide a strong HSSE leadership and to define and ensure the effective implementation of the Project HSSE policy and commitment, by providing all necessary resources.
? To adopt and demonstrate an exemplary behavior with regard to the Company Ethics and “Code of Conduct” policy and to promote and enforce the Corporate Anti-Corruption Program within the project team.
? Organization: member of the process team
? Engineering follow-up: To control the Contractors’ performance in process discipline and in his perimeter: timely delivery and review of Contractor’s engineering documents, studies and queries through an efficient technical coordination scheme with the Contractors.
? Engineering compliance: To ensure compliance of process engineering with the Project requirements and applicable standards.
? To Issue and follow-up of Derogations requests to GS-EP-ECP
? To ensure timely implementation of process related audit findings.
? Flow assurance: To liaise with Company Flow Assurance experts in Head Office to get expertise. Licenses:
? To support co-ordination with Head Office Acid Gas group for the review of the Licensors’ proposals and deliverables, and bid evaluation and recommendation made by the Contractors.
? Reporting: To ensure adequate and timely reporting Papua LNG

CONTEXT & ENVIRONMENT
The Papua LNG Project is a key project for TotalEnergies as it is its first major petroleum investment in Papua New Guinea. Papua LNG Project is a combine onshore and offshore development project comprising:
? Well pads and the upstream gathering network including flowlines and two parallel multiphase trunklines
? Upstream Central Processing Facility (CPF), approximately 30 kms from the field
? Main onshore and offshore export system consisting of a single-phase gas pipeline and a condensate pipeline
? Integration in existing liquefaction plant located 325 km from the CPF in the vicinity of Port-Moresby

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Qualification: Engineer, or Equivalent 
Languages: English mandatory 
Professional Experience:>10 years in Oil and Gas projects 
Experience in similar position (years): 5 years at same or equivalent position
