Are you someone who can:

· Understand the bigger picture and is passionate about enabling processes that deliver a great customer and employee experience.

· Quickly get a deep understanding of the inputs and outputs required of a process by leveraging your community and curiosity.

· Investigate, analyse and develop opportunities into comprehensive business cases with a strong emphasis on efficiency gains, cost savings, improved quality and customer experience.

· Effectively present business and customer cases to stakeholders to get priority for the initiative.

· Design and enhance processes within the business to ensure resource and operational alignment with business strategies.

· Ensure that process changes are measured so that unit cost calculations and turnaround times are accurate and optimised to achieve business case benefits.

· Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including end-users, SME’s, project managers and senior staff members

· Provide handover to the relevant execution team responsible for delivering on approved initiative / project, including training, where relevant.

You will be an ideal candidate if you:

· Have a Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Computer science, Information systems, or related fields

· Have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar environment.

· Identify and quantify process improvements (Cost Savings or efficiency improvements)

· Deliver on process change identified or requested by business.

· Participate and contribute to a development culture where information regarding successes, issues, trends and ideas are actively shared

· Continuously assess own performance, seek timely and clear feedback and request training where appropriate
