Responsibilities and duties

Handle NPI, co-work with global team to complete DFM, process design, PFMEA, new product quotation estimation, cooperate engineer team get NPI build readiness completed, lead and participate product PVT build;Manage process defect analysis, take prevent action, best practice and lesson learn share to team members;Lead and participate customer audit, coordinate engineer team follow up improvement action;Coordinate activities of SMT manufacturing operations to obtain optimum efficiency and economy of operations and maximize profits while meeting customer expectations for quality and on-time shipments.Lead & manage ECN/ECR implementation on engineering portion.Coordinate process, manufacturing and logistics for all activities for a product launch. Prototype series, Pre-Series, Run at Rate and Production release;Establish and follow project time schedules, including resource planningWork out and follow action plansConduct DFM, and work together with Engineering team for product design and process design related issuesHandle design reviews for process team and secure manufacturability of productParticipate in manufacturing cost analysis, production cost calculation (cycle time, efficiency, labor)Analyze and handle customer requirements including manufacturing, process, logisticsWork as technical interface between customer and Aptiv.

Qualifications / Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering;3-5 years’ SMT and PTH experience in a high volume Electronics Manufacturing environment, with particular emphasis on experience.Well working knowledge of manufacturing process design, cycle time Analysis, APQP, MSA, PFMEAs, DFM Rules, Lean six sigma tools.Familiar with ISO9000. ISO14000 and IATF16949 system requirement and 6 SIGMAGood English on both spoken and written is plus.

Nice to haves (preferred qualifications)

Experience in Automotive industry will be preferredGood experience and knowledge in electronic manufacturing
