Job Title: Process Engineer
Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Process Engineer, where you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between research and development and full-scale production. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and develop, implement, and enhance processes for chemical products. Your expertise in troubleshooting and conducting root cause analysis will contribute significantly to improving overall efficiency. Additionally, you will support the setup of manufacturing sites and maintain essential process documentation such as SOPs and Batch Records.

ResponsibilitiesWork with R&D to take new products into full-scale production.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.Develop, implement, and continuously improve processes for chemical products.Troubleshoot and conduct root cause analysis to improve overall efficiency.Support manufacturing site setup.Maintain process documentation, including SOPs and Batch Records.Essential SkillsStrong proficiency in process improvement and process engineering.Expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies.Experience in chemical manufacturing, equipment installation, and process design.Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, etc.).At least 5 years of experience in process engineering.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with continuous improvement strategies.Knowledge of chemical engineering principles.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52.88 - $57.69/hr.
