Lithography Team Process Development Engineer (Swing Shift)

Develop, optimize, and sustain processes used for device fabrication in a semiconductor fabrication facility supporting BAW, GaAs, and GaN Qorvo Technologies.  Position requires working Sunday-Thursday 2 pm to 11 pm schedule. Primary responsibility will include supporting photolithography processes and tools for resist coat, expose, develop, and associated metrology. You will work closely with cross-functional teams in Process and Equipment Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Integration, and R&D to ensure process stability, improve yield, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

BS in Engineering, Materials, Statistics, or the physical sciences. 8+ years photolithography semiconductor experience required. Experience/coursework in photolithography, process control, and semiconductor processing is required.  Role requires supporting of a manufacturing facility operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Proficiency in design of experiments, statistical process control, and database query tools (Oracle, Spotfire, Access etc). 

Physical requirements of position:

Position will demand large amounts of time working in a cleanroom environment. Some lifting and standing will be required.

Preferred Qualifications:

MS degree and 5+ years relevant experience. PhD and 3+ years relevant experience. Experience in setting up, supporting, and troubleshooting lithography processes with TEL coat/develop tools, ASML Steppers/Scanners, and dry film laminates is desired. Data analysis, programming skills to aid data mining will be a plus.
