We are inviting applications for the role of PD, Record to Report
We require someone with extensive knowledge and experience in General Accounting.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to general accounting which include:
• Invoice processing, working on tickets workflow systems and ERP
• Handling Incomings payment details and preparing outgoing payments
• Monthly IC reconciliations
• Reclassification and revaluation
• Preparing vendor reconciliation on monthly basis
• Month end and year end close
• Handling shared mailbox
• Handling SOX audits
• Preparation and posting of journal entries
• Maintain the general ledger of accounts receivable and payable
• Prepare month end schedules (i.e., aged AP, aged AR, accrued revenue, other liabilities, other assets, etc.) for SOX compliance and management purposes
• Ensure the delivery of activities performed within agreed client SLAs (TAT Accuracy)
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
• B. Com
Preferred qualifications
• Meaningful Experience in reputed Captive/Outsourcing RTR Ops
• Good Written/Verbal Communication
• MS Excel Knowledge, Pivot, VLOOKUP, Macros
• IT skills: ERP (PeopleSoft/SAP/Oracle/Workday Financial), MS Office
• Partner Management experience
• Quality Lean/Process Improvement knowledge
