Process & Control Supervisor

Ecolab is searching for a driven Process & Control Supervisor for future opportunities within our Distributor Finance team in Pune, India. 

Process & Control supervisor will act as a process lead, ensuring that all data in the system is entered accurately and resolves queries in timely manner. Works as a \"go-to\" person for external units for requests outside standard business routine. Acts as a backup for Team Leader and other Sell-Out Data Specialists when needed.

What You Will Do:

Effectively manages the processes and associates to consistently deliver timely high-quality results that meet or exceed service levels 

Address issues with distributor partners, divisional finance, and sales management to develop solutions and initiatives to eliminate existing or future issues 

Maintain and create departmental standard operating procedures 

Demonstrate urgency to resolve issues with associates and internal customers 

Demonstrate understanding of importance and follow Sell-Out Data Team controls

Participate in Sell-Out Data process as a country primary contact point

Suggest procedural changes to improve productivity

Ensure proper information flow between all stakeholders in the process

Proactively identify improvement opportunities, lead or support projects in scope

Deliver trainings/workshops for external units

Act as a process SME and provide troubleshooting support to team associates

Train new joiners and other Specialists in new areas

Be a support to team lead; fill in for team lead and lead team meetings when required

Act as main point of contact for escalations and issue resolution

Coordinate, schedule and lead team meetings

Coach and help develop team members

Motivate and inspire team members

Accountable for team engagement

Minimum Qualifications:

6+ years of relevant professional experience with analysis and problem-solving skills

Degree in finance, accounting, business or a related area or equivalent professional experience

Previous experience in international environment

Previous experience in leading people and/or projects

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, Access and PowerPoint

Knowledge of SAP with clear understanding of financial processes

Fluent English in speaking and writing

Strong command of other European language (French, German, Italian, Dutch) is an asset

Sound knowledge of Ecolab’s policies & procedures related to area of responsibility

Sound knowledge of Ecolab’s products and services

Understanding interconnections of Sell-Out Data processes with other processes within EMEA

Ability to Good at reporting to management
