This is a contract position; however it is not uncommon for assignments to transition into permanent positions with our client companies. Your specific duties as a Process Coach – Production will include:   Compensation (Range): 33-36 / hour Production At, we are taking our Production Supervisors to the next level. Job Requirements
As a Process Coach – Production you must represent our company well by being responsible, punctual and motivated to go above and beyond the call of duty. You must also be highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities.  It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work any shift as well as rotating shifts and weekends o Ability to work independently with limited supervision o Capable of assigning work to unionized hourly workforce and holding employees accountable for following processes pertaining to daily work assignments in terms safety, quality, and throughput o Strong organizational and administrative skills o Ability to multi-task o Strong problem-solving and conflict management skills · Successful candidate must be able to demonstrate leadership in behaviors combined with outstanding interpersonal, teambuilding, and communication skills Education: High School Diploma
