Howden MEA Projects Division is looking for an experienced Process / Business Development and Process Engineer in ourCryogenics and Gas Handling Department. This position is responsible for preparing tenders and engineering designs. Marketing and sales of turnkey projects. **_What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be…_** + Develop and optimise industrial processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs. + Develop client relationships. + Develop business development opportunities through thorough product and engineering knowledge for Cryogenic/LNG systems. + Compilation and submission of full turnkey bids. Which includes: + Receive and process tender data to understand the client’s requirements. + Compile work breakdown structures (WBS) which reflect the works information to compile a programme and bill-off quantities. + Price all items on the WBS to obtain a total price for the contract. + Design, implement, and improve engineering processes in accordance with safety and quality standards. + Conduct research and data analysis to understand and resolve process-related issues. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration of new processes. + Develop and maintain process documentation, including flow charts, process maps, and work instructions. + Provide technical support and training to manufacturing and construction teams. + Stay updated on the latest advancements in process engineering and apply new knowledge to improve processes. **_Your Education Should Be…_** + Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. **_Your Professional Experience Should Be…_** + Proven experience as a Process Engineer or similar role. + Strong knowledge of process-related standards and health and safety regulations. + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. + Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, MATLAB, EES). + Effective communication and teamwork abilities. + Attention to detail and organizational skills. + ECSA registration as a Pr.Eng (added advantage) + In depth understanding of P&ID’s, Process Flow Diagrams and engineering drawings. **_Need an Accommodation..._** Need an accommodation **with your job application or recruitment process** ?
