Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate, Customer Service

Responsibilities

Must work well in a fast-paced environment with the ability to navigate multiple programs and effectively use on-line resources to complete customers’ requests

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Demonstrated background in customer service, insurance, retail, sales, or a related field

Ability to self-manage and demonstrate personable accountability as well as effectively collaborate in a team environment

Must have customer service experience

Insurance knowledge is a plus but not required

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

At legal age by the time of application

High School / Senior High School graduates are accepted, College graduates are preferred

Ability to perform in a fast-paced and high volume service center

Ability to multi-task alongside compliance to the process

Shall pose no challenges in adhering to work schedules

Flexible to work in any schedule

Excellent data entry skills

Detail oriented

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Able to demonstrate understanding while improving chance to create rapport with the customer

· Displays excellent English oral and written communication skills - using accurate grammar with smooth flow

· Displays excellent problem solving and decision-making skills

· Proficient computer skills and attention to detail

· Negotiation and analytical skills

· High level of integrity

· Ability to multi-task
