Job Description

Role Description

•Discovering, modelling and documenting value-driven process requirements using BPMN standard•Modelling and automating basic value-driven process requirements using Chorus•This role analyses all the process requirements as a whole to define the optimal way of implementing them. The Process Analyst is heavily involved in the initial process definition and assisting the process owners and process-leading users to consensus; looking for ways to accelerate business value through process optimization. This role also support the process-leading users to run the test plan.

Accountabilities

•Analyse business requirements through the engagement with business stakeholders•Identifies the AS-IS process and evolves it into the TO-BE model•Design and develop business processes in Chorus•Automate basic processes using Chorus•Assist in process improvement efforts•Define and support test plan•Identify and enforce delivery of KPIs and SLAs

Required Skills and Experience

•Strong knowledge of the BPMN standard notation •Exposure to Six Sigma or lean methods and change management•Experience with process design, requirements-gathering•Process decomposition and facilitation skills•Good knowledge of Chorus and Compass•Critical analysis and reporting skills

Leads process improvement in different processes. Works closely with Operations and Functional Teams to identify process bottlenecks, conducts root cause analyses, and implements process improvements across the business or organisation. Initiates and leads projects that improve end-to-end processes, consisting of setup, validation and audit measurement systems to deliver business impact.

ResponsibilitiesContinuous Improvement

Contribute to reviewing existing operations in own area of work, and generate new ideas to assist in identifying continuous improvements.

Business Performance Metrics

Develop and monitor standard business performance metrics within the organization's established systems to deliver required insights for decision making.

Data Collection and Analysis

Collate and analyze data using preset tools, methods, and formats. Involves working independently.

Root Cause Analysis

Identify systemic or process-related causes of quality issues and assist in the development of corrective actions within the organization's established systems.

Solutions Analysis

Interpret data and identify possible answers. Involves navigating a wide variety of processes, procedures, and precedents.

Lean Implementation

Support specific lean implementation processes, aiding in the optimization of production efficiency and reduction of waste.

Training development and delivery

Run small training programs (or pieces of large training programs) for specific technical areas and help to prepare training content. Involves following established procedures and working under the supervision of senior colleagues.

Quality Assurance Testing Design

Carry out a range of complex activities to generate evidence in support of the validation of existing and new quality assurance test methods and procedures.

Personal Capability Building

Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching. Develop and maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.
