Our Home Delivery network is integral to the success of Currys and our customers’ happiness. Through our 18 Customer Service Centres (CSCs) and out base sites across the UK and Ireland, with teams of over 1000 colleagues and 600 Delivery Partners, we engage with our customers directly 364 days of the year come rain, sun and snow.
We believe our Home Delivery experience can be improved by standardising processes and ways of working by implementing a ‘One Best Way’ for Home Delivery, covering everything that happens under the roof of the CSC, and all key functions and processes feeding into it.
We’re looking for a Process Adoption and Engagement Lead to ensure that colleague adoption and engagement processes are ever improving, performance is well controlled, and the One Best Way strategy is embedded. You’ll work closely with our dispersed teams across Home Delivery in our Bristol, Plymouth, Basingstoke, Aylesbury, Snodland, Tilbury and Thetford sites to ensure we are embedding process adoption and deliver enhancements to improve colleague and customer experience and reduce operating costs.
This role will require regular visits to sites across our Southern Region.
Role overview:
As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for:
Assisting in the development and implementation of business processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs Collaborating with stakeholders and cross functional teams to ensure that business process design aligns with company objectives and the One Best Way approach Supporting the management of process change, communicating updates and changes to relevant stakeholders Assisting in the facilitation of training for colleagues on new processes Monitoring the effectiveness of new processes and make adjustments as needed
You will need:
Experience engaging and / or business partnering an operational field team Experience in change management Understanding of business process management (BPM) methodologies and tools Strong communication and presentation skills Full valid UK driving licence and able to travel to all of our sites in UK and Ireland
It would be great if you had:
Experience in building and reviewing business cases and cost/benefit analysis Evidence of delivering simple solutions to end users with all complexity done behind the scenes Experience of Continuous Improvement approaches such as Lean, Six Sigma
