Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Entry Level Process Administrator in Covington, Kentucky. This position is within the finance industry and primarily involves processing customer credit applications and maintaining accurate customer records. Responsibilities: • Review and verify loan and line of credit documentation to ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues that may arise • Maintain detailed knowledge of company and department procedures • Utilize Microsoft Office Products and other necessary tools for efficient task completion • Supervise and train less experienced employees, while organizing workflow • Ensure adherence to lending policies during the processing of Direct Consumer Loan Products • Generate summary reports and maintain credit records with utmost accuracy • Communicate effectively with customers, both face-to-face and over the phone • Exhibit strong organizational skills and pay attention to detail in all tasks • Follow up on outstanding documentation and resolve issues promptly Requirements • Proficiency in Customer Service • Strong skills in Documentation and Planning • Experience in Supervising teams or projects • Comfortable using the Internet and maintaining a detail oriented Phone Presence • Knowledge of Credit Practices and Loan Administration • Excellent Communication Skills both written and verbal • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites • Ability to Resolve Issues efficiently and effectively • Experience in generating Summary Reports • Familiarity with PC OS • Understanding of Federal Regulation as it applies to lending • Experience in Direct Supervision of teams or projects • Knowledge of Consumer Loans and Department Procedures • Experience in Loan Underwriting • Typing speed less than 45 WPM • Familiarity with Mortgage Processing • Understanding of Lending Policies • Strong Organizational skills Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
