Join our team as a Procedure Coordinator! In this hybrid role, you’ll strategically prioritize tasks and organize resources to maintain a dynamic, multi-week procedure review schedule. Your efforts will ensure that all procedures are viewed on time by appropriate personnel and meets customer expectations, compliance standards, safety protocols, and operational performance metrics.

What You’ll Do:
Maintain a holistic view of work to be completed at all times to identify the most appropriate schedule for each procedure review meeting Plan a multi-week region/function/or commodity area-wide procedure review schedule based on job priorities, resource availability, business unit guidelines, and others. Understand personnel, resource availability/backlog over a multi-week timeframe and ensure availability for procedure reviews across the region Optimize procedure review meetings within scheduling window to minimize costs, and maximize schedule adherence, customer satisfaction, safety and compliance. Analyze scheduling and work assignment performance in order to identify opportunities for scheduling follow-up site visits for our procedure writers Attend bi-weekly or monthly regional/area metric review meetings to evaluate performance. Communicate and work effectively with local supervisors, designers and area engineers and build/leverage strong partnerships with stakeholder groups at a variety of levels to maximize efficiency of all procedure reviewsWhat We Offer:

This position pays between $24 and $34 hourly and is an non-exempt position. Benefits offered include company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plan with company match. HSA or FSA medical accounts and FSA dependent care and transportation/parking accounts are also available. These benefits are subject to employee contribution amounts generally set annually. Full-time employees are eligible to earn PTO hours. May be eligible for discretionary bonus as determined by the company.Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma 3 - 5+ years experience in construction, design, maintenance or other operations area. Proficiency with spreadsheet tools and the ability to retrieve and manipulate data from reporting tools. Experience managing high volume internal and external clients.Preferred Qualifications:
Associates Degree or equivalent experience Utility scheduling/planning experience preferred Knowledge in applicable software programs such as GIS, SAP, or similar software's Familiarity with gas systems. Experience working with field personnelWhy Join Us?
